Technical Service Specialist

Job SummaryThis role involves providing high-level on-site technical service and support to clients and customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing, diagnosing, repairing, and documenting services of all Dynex Technologies products at customer sites or at the factory depot.
Key Responsibilities- Test, diagnose, and repair Dynex products
- Effectively communicate with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and follow up on service calls
- Communicate with Dispatch and Dynex personnel to report daily status, service ETA, and completed service call information
- Maintain documentation for all ECNs, technical bulletins, and versions of hardware, firmware, and software for Dynex products
- Complete service orders and customer surveys on-site and obtain customer signatures for all completed work
- Complete service reports and expense reports within specified timeframes
- AS degree in electronic technology or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to travel 60-99%
- Proficiency in CRM/service software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
This role involves working in field, main office, and laboratory conditions, with considerable travel required. The successful candidate must be able to meet National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH) Standards.
