{"Job Title": "Account Manager", "Job Summary": "The Account Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients\u2019 security operations. This position requires a strong understanding of security operations and contracts management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Account Manager will be responsible for scheduling, payroll, invoicing, and tracking attendance, among other duties.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients\u2019 security-related issues or requests
* Collaborate with shift supervisors to ensure seamless operations
* Manage scheduling, including requests and approved time off
* Process payroll and invoicing
* Track attendance, disciplinary action, vacation/time off requests, absence notices/Dr. notes, compliance
* Audit supervisor end-of-shift reports, officer daily activity reports, scalable reports
* Scan documents into the share drive
* Process terminations, including all necessary paperwork
* Manage requisitions, interviewing, hiring, and guiding new hires through the pipeline
* Coordinate uniform and equipment requests
* Provide job training
* Ensure compliance with regulations, such as BSIS, CA, and healthcare
* Meet with department heads as requested
* Participate in monthly EOC meetings and quarterly business reviews
* Conduct investigations, collecting written statements
* Maintain accurate records and paperwork

Requirements:

* Technologically savvy, with experience using MS Office Suite and technology-driven scheduling platforms
* Project management experience
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams in complex problem-solving
* Excellent customer service orientation
* Ability to interact in a corporate environment and effectively communicate with all levels of management
* Flexibility and ability to meet deadlines in a high-tempo environment
* Excellent time-management, organization, and multi-tasking skills
* Dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive work attitude
* Ability to work in a matrixed environment

Qualifications:

* Datacenter security experience strongly preferred
* Preferred candidate has either an honorable military discharge, a Bachelor\u2019s degree, or 5 years of experience in operations management and project management
* Ability to independently develop reports, spreadsheets, diagrams, charts, graphs, and other products as needed
* Understanding of security operations and contracts management preferred
* Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills
* Great communicator with a value for teamwork
* Experience in a general office setting in a supervisory role preferred
* Comfortable in an ever-changing, fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
