About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Sponsorship Acquisition Manager to join our team at Paramount Consulting Group, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and enhancing member engagement through proactive sponsorship acquisition, effective event support, and efficient registration management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engaging potential sponsors through email outreach, cold calling, and contact list management to secure sponsorship agreements.
  • Identifying, organizing, and pursuing new sponsorship opportunities to support growth and engagement initiatives.
  • Attending and supporting Ohio Realtors events, meetings, and conferences (20-24 events per year, including 5 major events) to foster engagement and provide on-site assistance.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Meeting Services on meetings, events, awards program communication, promotion, and marketing to drive successful member engagement.
  • Developing, refining, and overseeing standard operating procedures for the filing system and Meeting Services department to ensure efficiency, organization, and compliance with best practices.
  • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date filing system for the Meeting Services Department.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the CEO and Director of Meeting Services.
  • Providing comprehensive support to the Director of Meeting Services for all Ohio REALTORS meetings.
  • Respecting the confidentiality of privileged information entrusted or known by virtue of the position.
  • Developing and managing registration lists and forms to ensure accurate organization and streamlined registration processes.
  • Managing existing sponsorships, ensuring they are properly positioned within the process and progressing smoothly.
  • Overseeing the Expo process, including selling booths, developing exhibitor-related registration forms in the membership database, organizing and maintaining an accurate registrant list, serving as liaison with the Financial Team to ensure accurate meeting-related financial records, and providing weekly registration reports to the Director of Meeting Services.

  • Managing all aspects of sponsorship sales and fulfillment: ensuring sponsorship packages are accurately sold and executed, maintaining detailed records of sponsorship information, billing cycles, monetary contributions, and obligations, and ensuring that artwork, logos, attendee names, and other necessary information are received to execute sponsorship packages effectively.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 (all products)
  • Strong CRM software experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Skilled in public speaking

What We Offer:

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000 yearly depending on experience. The compensation package includes a 401(k) with match and Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance and a hybrid schedule, 37.5 hours per week with flex-start and end times.
