Job Description: As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Magnet ABA Therapy, you will be responsible for implementing individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your duties will include collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior, assisting in the development and implementation of behavior support plans, and providing direct one-on-one therapy to clients using ABA techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and have patience and compassion when working with individuals with behavioral challenges. Attention to detail in data collection and documentation is also essential, as well as the ability to follow instructions and implement behavior intervention strategies accurately.
