Dishroom Attendant

At Bear Buddies Inc., we're seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our dishroom team as a Dishroom Team Member. This role is crucial in ensuring our restaurant operations run smoothly, with clean and safe dishes and small wares being a top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial dish machines safely and efficiently
• Manage the use of chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing
• Restock and move between active cook lines and serving lines
• Clean, maintain, and stock restrooms, dining rooms, and exterior areas
• Complete cleaning and organizing duties accurately and on time
• Clear tables, sanitize surfaces, and sort plates, glasses, and silverware
• Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to protect our guests

Personal Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
• Effective teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Continuous use of hands and arms
• Continuous bending, reaching, and twisting
• Maintain a strong personal image and uniform standards
