Job Summary

We're seeking a Seasonal Guest Advocate to join our team. As a Seasonal Guest Advocate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, working efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests, and stocking, setting, and selling Target products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide welcoming and helpful service to guests and other team members
  • Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests
  • Stock, set, and sell Target products
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
  • Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
Requirements
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
  • Learn and adapt to current technology needs
  • Work both independently and with a team
  • Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
