About the Job

Highlands Landscaping And Fencing is looking for a skilled Landscape Foreman to join our team. As a full-time landscape foreman, you will be trained in all of our products and be able to deliver a quality installation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Laying sod and turf
  • Trimming, planting, and mulching
  • Laying rock and installing retaining walls
  • Digging and raking grass and ground
  • Performing sprinkler installations
  • Driving a company truck
  • Assisting with other related duties as assigned by management
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Walking and moving around the work site
  • Occasional sitting during breaks
  • Utilizing hand and finger dexterity
  • Climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, kneeling, or crawling
  • Talking and hearing instructions
  • Frequent exposure to wet and/or humid conditions (non-weather)
  • Working near moving mechanical parts
  • Occasional work in precarious places
