About the role of Regulatory Investigator at Perfection Staffing:

Job Summary:

Perfection Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Investigator to join our team. As a Regulatory Investigator, you will be responsible for enforcing parking regulations within assigned routes, reporting vehicles in tow-away zones, and responding to accidents, hazards, and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue parking citations according to City ordinance.
  • Report vehicles in tow-away zones.
  • Respond to accidents, hazards, and emergencies.
  • Check parked vehicles for unresolved parking violations using a hand-held device.
  • Boot eligible vehicles.
  • Report damaged or malfunctioning meters and traffic signals for repair.
  • Report missing parking signs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must be a professional, clear communicator, adaptable, problem solver, and customer service oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and simple mathematical functions.
  • Valid Class C Texas driver's license.
  • At least six months of work experience in document research, investigations, or a related field.
