Cisco Meraki Wireless Engineer Co-Op Opportunity

Overview:

Cisco Meraki is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hardware Engineering Co-Op to join our team. As a Co-Op, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge wireless technologies and contribute to the development of innovative products.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a small team to calibrate multiple units, collect data, and perform bench validation.
  • Practice and perfect skills in Radio Frequencies (RF) and wireless projects.
  • Become familiar with Wireless product design expertise and equipment required for RF validation, calibration, design, and S collaborations.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with schematic design and PCB layout review tools.
  • Experience or readiness to learn how to bring up radio frequencies for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Ultra-wideband (UWB), and Global Positioning System (GPS) on Sharepoint/Confluence.
  • Ability to carry out performance testing and evaluation on radio technologies and Wi-Fi Access Point platforms.
  • Skills to compare Radio Frequencies, Engineering Validation Testing, and Design Validation Testing data between multiple units.
