The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

This is a contract position that requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in Epicor/ERP accounting software. As a Cash Flow Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with clients and customers to request payments and arrangement of payment plans.
  • Receiving payments, recording, and processing them into the system.
  • Creating reports and balance sheets to support profit/loss statements.
  • Updating customer accounts with payments, contact information, and new account setup.
  • Invoicing and billing.

To succeed in this role, you should have advanced Excel skills, data entry proficiency, and a basic understanding of accounting processes, including P/L, balance sheets, invoices, and billings.
