Sales Performance
">You will be responsible for selling memberships, enhancements, and retail products, while achieving or exceeding individual sales goals. Your entrepreneurial spirit and confidence in performing on an incentive-based salary will drive your success in this role.

- Selling memberships, enhancements, and retail products">
- Achieving or exceeding individual sales goals">
- Building rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members">
- Knowledge of and participation in all Massage Envy services, programs, and products">
- Creating a pleasant and professional atmosphere in the lobby, front desk, retail shelves, tranquility, and treatment rooms">
- Providing outstanding customer service by assisting front desk staff with filing, organizing, shipping, and receiving tasks">
- Supporting the delivery of our brand promise, "We help you take care of you," by ensuring treatment rooms are client-ready and service providers have everything needed to deliver amazing services">
- Upholding the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy">
- Protecting our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members">
- Answering phone calls">
- Setting and checking members and guests in and out for appointments">
- Greeting members and guests upon arrival">
- Promoting the Wellness Program">
- Re-engaging inactive members">
- Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures, and direction">
- Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool">
- Staying updated on retail products and promotions">

Compensation
">Enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $16-$18 per hour, plus bonus opportunities. With variable pay-for-performance commission plans, your earning potential is unlimited.
