Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Hyundai Capital Bank Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our financial products and services to Hyundai, Genesis, and Kia dealerships nationwide.
Key Responsibilities- Attain business goals within an assigned territory by promoting HCA programs to stimulate dealer utilization of HCA products and services.
- Sell the features and benefits of HCA Commercial Financing Programs and maintain current relationships, develop and conquest new Commercial portfolio targets.
- Educate, enroll, and implement new programs and services at assigned dealerships by partnering with all stakeholders.
- Train dealership personnel on new technology and digitalization of HCA products and services.
- Dynamic and motivating with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines.
- Excellent sales presentation skills and financial statement analysis experience preferred.
