Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Residential and Commercial Electrician to join our team at The Blue Collar Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks according to project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Diagnose electrical problems and troubleshoot issues with wiring, circuits, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Conduct quality inspections to verify that electrical installations meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices and junior technicians as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects.
  • Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies to address electrical issues and minimize downtime.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program.
  • Journeyman Electrician license or certification issued by the state of Missouri.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and climbing.
  • Valid Missouri driver's license.
