We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our team at Oakpoint LLC. As a key member of our dental care team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care, conducting thorough examinations, and implementing preventive and restorative treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for all patients.
  • Conduct thorough examinations, using diagnostic tools and procedures to identify signs of dental diseases and determine the overall state of dental health.
  • Implement and coordinate preventive dental care treatments, such as fillings, sealants, x-rays, and fluoride applications, as well as cosmetic dental services like whitening when indicated.
  • Supervise dental assistants, hygienists, and associate dentists, communicating effectively with support staff regarding patient care plans.
  • Seek consultation with dental specialists, such as pediatric dentists, orthodontists, endodontists, or periodontists when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • North Carolina Dental License and unrestricted current state license in good standing.
  • CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications required.
  • Board Eligible and/or Board Certified in General Dentistry.
  • Strong bedside manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Relevant knowledge of dental standards and guidelines, public health standards, and dental medicine trends and advances is an asset.
