Derby Bicycle Center is seeking a skilled Bicycle Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality service and maintenance on customer bikes, as well as assembling new bicycles.

Responsibilities:

• Professional service and repair of bikes
• Demonstrate a professional standard of collaboration and communication
• Receiving, packing, and shipping
• Communicate with colleagues to achieve a seamless assembly process to maximize customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years bike mechanic experience
• Relentless attention to detail is a must
• Experience with modern bicycle technologies, such as suspension, hydraulics, electronics, etc.
• Passion for cycling AND bicycles
• Basic computer skills
• Commitment to exceptional quality standards
