About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team at Crucial Learning. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the West Coast region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 7-9 years of sales experience in a complex business environment
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or other ERP applications
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships from scratch and sell at business unit level in medium to large companies
