About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a CNA. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and contribute to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality nursing care to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current Michigan Certified Nurse Aide Certification or completion of a Michigan-approved CNA training program
  • One year of experience in long-term care, hospice, or healthcare (desired but not required)
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematics
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Dependability and good attendance
  • Maintenance of a safe environment for residents and colleagues

The estimated salary range for this role is up to $25.50/hour, based on years certified and location.
