Strategic Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Instructional Design Specialist to join our team at the Center for Performance Mastery.
Compensation Package:
A competitive salary ranging from $96,400 to $115,000 will be offered based on your skills and experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package including future access to a solid 401(k) plan for retirement planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex learning programs that cater to diverse needs, skillfully weaving learning principles and instructional design theories into every module.
- Capture learners' attention with engaging and interactive experiences that empower both you and the learners who benefit from your craft.
- Collaborate with fellow experts to brainstorm innovative techniques that push traditional boundaries, transforming abstract concepts into tangible, impactful learning.
- Effectively manage complex learning projects from conception to delivery, leveraging advanced expertise in learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
- A proven track record of project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
