We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Care Coordinator to join our team at Texas Children's Pediatrics. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection of patient/family data, including biophysical, psychosocial, developmental, cultural, and environmental information.
- Collect and document vital signs, BMI, height/weight, and reason for visit with 100% accuracy.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives that support patient care.
- Administer medication and immunizations as directed by provider per practice protocol.
- Provide patient/family education as instructed by the provider or practice protocol.
