About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Systems Integrator to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a Cloud Systems Integrator, you will be responsible for providing Agile Coaching, Scrum Master Support services, and Dashboard and Metric support to development teams and/or business partners associated with software development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience with Agile Scrum
  • Demonstrated experience identifying and validating appropriate agile-related measurements
  • Demonstrated experience creating reports and views showing agile-related information such as number of MVls, percentage of work completed per sprint based on what was committed at the beginning of the sprint
  • Demonstrated experience integrating data from disparate repositories to showcase relevant information
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining marketing materials and slick sheets as related to coaching/training
  • Demonstrated experience capturing data in JIRA
  • Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor's Agile framework and Maturity Model
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple resources within the Sponsor and the Sponsors office
  • Demonstrated experience planning agile-related events such as internal conferences
  • Demonstrated experience providing executive level communications

The salary range for this role is $96,000 - $200,000 USD.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
