Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Duty Nurse to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring patients receive the highest quality of care and support, while maintaining their dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
  • Communicate regularly with physicians, family members, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Active nursing license LPN or RN
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
  • Experience working with patients with complex medical needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • Certification in a specialized area of nursing
  • Experience working in home health or hospice care
