We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable professional to join our dynamic Accounting and Finance team. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will play a crucial role in managing our company's financial operations.

Job Details:

This exciting opportunity requires a seasoned Accounts Payable specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or a similar capacity within the Accounting and Finance industry. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

As our Accounts Payable Specialist, your duties will include but won't be limited to:
• Managing the full cycle of accounts payable activities including vendor setup and management, invoice processing, payments, and query handling.
• Reconciling credit card statements accurately and timely, ensuring all transactions are accounted for and properly posted.
• Supporting internal and external audits by preparing necessary documents and reports, and providing insights on accounts payable processes and controls.
• Maintaining vendor accounts, resolving any discrepancies, and fostering strong relationships with our vendors.
• Collaborating with other team members in the Accounting and Finance department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the accounts payable function.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant industry regulations, and accounting standards.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies swiftly. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for interacting effectively with vendors and internal team members.
