Internship Opportunity in Smart Buildings and Sustainable Infrastructure

Our Smart Buildings Specialist Internship Program is designed to develop future talent for the organization and help you identify where you may be interested in pursuing a career at Siemens post-graduation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with customers to diagnose malfunctions and use expertise to maintain, repair, or install new equipment
  • Consult with internal engineering and management teams for discrepancies in drawings or problems
  • Interface with customers to complete service work documentation, assist with training instructions, and recommend system enhancements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or state-recognized GED
  • Currently enrolled in a 2-year Technical College/School pursuing a certificate in HVAC/R, Building Automation, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy/Sustainability, and Built Environment or Computer Science
  • Earliest Graduation Date: August 2025
  • Availability: Ability to work 40-hours per week for the 10-week program
  • Relocation: Must be willing and able to work at the location on-site and surrounding local area
  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company or school sponsorship

Benefits:

  • Hourly pay range: $20 per hour for first-time interns or $22 per hour for returning interns
  • Eligibility to contribute to the 401K program
