About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled professional to coordinate clinical study activities, ensuring seamless subject enrollment, data management, regulatory compliance, and project evaluation. As a key member of our research team, you will work closely with participants, family members, and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.


Responsibilities
  • Coordinate clinical study logistics, including participant enrollment, data collection, and regulatory compliance.
  • Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, Principal Investigators, research staff, and study participants.
  • Provide guidance, instruction, training, and mentorship to junior research staff.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely completion of studies and projects.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Health Science, Master's Degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in clinical nursing, with 5 years in clinical research coordination.
  • RN State License, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and Certification in Clinical Research (SOCRA or ACPR).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Working Conditions

This role requires standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying 50 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 75 pounds, balancing, stooping, eye/hand/foot coordination, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.


Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $48.21 - $77.14 per hour, based on location and experience. Cedars-Sinai offers competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and paid time off.
