About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Security Professional to join our team at Sterling Security. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of employees within our property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Security Screenings: Conduct thorough security screenings to detect and prevent potential security threats.
  • Monitor Surveillance Equipment: Monitor and operate surveillance equipment to detect and prevent security breaches.
  • Respond to Incidents: Respond promptly and efficiently to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
  • Enforce Security Protocols: Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Assist with Security Measures: Assist in the implementation of security measures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a security professional.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Certifications: No felonies, successful background check, and drug test.
  • Lifting Requirements: Ability to walk and stand for long periods.
  • Reliability: Must have reliable transportation.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $17.37-$18.94 per hour. Additionally, we provide health, vision, dental, voluntary benefits, one week sick time off (calendar year), paid time off (supervisor level & higher), and opportunities for advancement.
