Job Title: Per Diem Nurse

Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking a skilled and dedicated per diem nurse to join our team. As a per diem nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of practice settings, including med surg and telemetry units.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced per diem nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in med surg and telemetry nursing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a med surg and telemetry setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state where working
  • Minimum of 18 months - 2 years of recent clinical experience in med surg and telemetry nursing
  • Active BLS certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements of a FirstChoice Nurse:
