Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Havasu Regional Medical Center, a 171-bed hospital located in Lake Havasu City, AZ. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the health and well-being of our community.
Job SummaryThe Critical Care Nurse is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in our ICU unit, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and provide innovative solutions to complex healthcare challenges.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, utilizing specialized knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, prioritizing patient needs and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal results.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient status, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as pharmacy and laboratory, to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current state RN license and a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Basic Life Support Certification and ACLS certification upon hire.
- TNCC Certification within 6 months of hire.
- At least one year of ICU experience, preferred.
