About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to revolutionize the field of teletherapy. As a virtual school psychologist with us, you'll have the chance to utilize cutting-edge technology and evidence-based practices to provide essential services to students across the country, all from the comfort of your own home office.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations to identify student needs.
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique requirements.
- Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to deliver exceptional care and support.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers to foster a collaborative approach to student care.
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- A current California SLP license, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with students who have communication disorders.
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is highly valued, but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
