Wireless Vision is a premier retailer of wireless solutions, committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Wireless Expert to join our team.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $15.25 and $17.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn commission based on sales performance.

Job Description

As a Retail Wireless Expert, you will be responsible for representing the T-Mobile brand and meeting customers' wireless needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service to individuals visiting the Wireless Vision store, including greeting customers, answering phones, and assessing their needs.
  • Sales Performance
  • Exceed monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing customers' accounts, and excelling in quality metrics.
  • Marketing Efforts
  • Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including outbound calling, community involvement, outreach programs, and promoting the brand inside and outside the store/retail location.
  • Store Operations
  • Assist with all functions within a retail store in compliance with Wireless Vision policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Work with store management in opening, closing, and operating the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory count, and deposits as governed by operations control standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Customer Focus
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in retail or another environment with a strong customer focus.
  • Communication Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
  • Flexibility
  • Flexible scheduling availability.
  • Education
  • Completed High school diploma/GED.
