Salary: $80,000 (competitive rates)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Boston/Rockland area. As an Autism Specialist, you will develop individual goals and objectives for clients, provide training in behavioral interventions, and analyze data to determine teaching program effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Provide training in applied behavior analysis to families and staff">
• Analyze data collected to determine teaching program effectiveness">
• Supervise Behavior Therapists">
• Attend IEP meetings and coordinate care plans with other service providers">

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field. Additionally, you should hold current BCBA Certification and be licensed as a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts.
