Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for supporting our enterprise-wide recruiting efforts, assisting with full-cycle recruiting, and coordinating hiring events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Talent Acquisition Partners throughout the candidate selection and hiring process
  • Coordinate directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arrange candidate/new hire travel
  • Create and edit job requisitions/postings, and maintain complete and accurate communication with candidates
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities and special projects
  • Represent the company at career fairs and hiring events as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Solid customer service and communication skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks concurrently, with a strong ability to prioritize effectively
  • Wide degree of creativity and proactive problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with recruiting applicant tracking systems and Workday HRMS
  • Ability to schedule and track large volumes of candidates for interviews
  • Experience creating and editing job requisitions, and generating and interpreting candidate and requisition reports

Education: A high school diploma and 0-2 years or more of relevant Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources experience, or higher education may substitute for relevant experience.
