Railroad Operations Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Railroad Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Pacific Rail Services facility in Newark, NJ.
About the JobThis is an entry-level position that requires no prior experience. We will provide comprehensive training to ensure you have everything you need to succeed in this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing reports, customer service tasks, yard inventory management, and answering phone calls. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of office software programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are essential.
