Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Summary: Windsor Place Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality resident care and services. As a member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our patients every day.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming, in accordance with established Care Plans.
• Interact with residents, family members, co-workers, and clinical and ancillary staff in a non-judgmental, supportive, and calm manner.
• Act appropriately under the direction of the Charge Nurse and participate as an active member of the inter-disciplinary team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to follow the Care Plan.

Qualifications:

• A graduate of an accredited high school or GED is preferred.
• Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, having successfully completed a State-approved training program and necessary documentation of certification upon application for the position.

Work Environment: Long term care, nursing home, standard shift, day shift, evening shift, night shift, rotating weekends.

License/Certification: CNA (Required)
