We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Medical Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care in an outpatient dialysis center.

About the Role

You will work closely with patients who require end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease treatment. Your primary focus will be on building meaningful relationships with patients and their families, delivering unique treatment plans in a supportive team environment.

As a Committed Caregiver, you will oversee a group of patients, working collaboratively with PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats, and machine set up. Your dedication to improving patient health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives is essential to our team's success.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Prior experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings is preferred but not required
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is highly valued
