We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Baggett Law. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Respond to incoming calls and messages in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all important information is relayed to the relevant parties.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including data entry, paperwork, and photocopying.
  • Mail and Delivery Management: Ensure that incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handled in a timely manner.
  • Calendar Management: Arrange appointments and maintain the calendar to ensure that our team is well-coordinated and productive.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least one year of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role, or similar.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
