Job Overview

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, negotiable based on experience.

As a Medical Radiology Supervisor Leader, you will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of the Imaging Department, ensuring high standards of technical competence and professionalism. You will be responsible for maintaining and stocking supplies, rooms, and equipment, as well as managing and addressing disciplinary actions with staff on designated shifts.


About the Role
  • Supervise and evaluate technical, clerical, and ancillary staff in Imaging, establishing and monitoring effective policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the professional and ethical care of patients served by Imaging areas, adhering to quality improvement and assessment principles.
  • Manage budgetary responsibility and accountability, planning and implementing future services and equipment needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from a Radiologic Technology Program or equivalent.
  • Current BLS Certification and Florida License.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in CT scanning and General Radiology, preferably with leadership experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills, knowledge of anatomy and imaging protocols, and ability to set up and operate various equipment.
