  • You will learn and utilize all company and manufacturer-provided software, including the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, vehicle appraisal system, and service drive opportunities.
  • You will prospect for new and current clients, execute individual business plans to build relationships and grow sales, and maintain knowledge of purchases, leases, and F&I products.
  • You will understand current new car and pre-owned manufacturer and captive lender programs and rates, verify insurance, and complete paperwork.
  • You will protect the company from potential export transactions and any potential fraud scenarios, assist with collecting cash/credit related to client deposits and "cash down," and be accountable for helping sell F&I products.
  • You will fully prepare for each client appointment, log appointments in the CRM system, greet prospective and repeat clients on the service drive, and analyze their position towards buying another vehicle.

Beyond meeting sales targets, you will work in partnership with the F&I Team and accounting team to resolve any outstanding contracts or incomplete deals. You will follow up with clients and prospective clients in a timely fashion, be dedicated to a team concept, and assist others for the greater good of the department.

The salary range for this role is approximately $55,000-$75,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of Snell Motor Companies.
