We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Youth Ministry Leader to reignite and lead our youth group at St. Cecelia Church.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a multi-cultural environment, be a practicing Catholic familiar with the teachings of the Catholic Church, and have a strong desire to motivate young adults to be active practitioners of their faith.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new methods of communication and outreach to engage with young people.
  • Create exciting outlets for them to use their talents and express themselves.
  • Work closely with the Director of Faith Formation and Youth and Young Adult Ministries to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in youth ministry or a related field.
  • Experience working with diverse groups of young people.
  • Familiarity with technology and social media platforms.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
