Project Coordinator Specialist

IDEAL Industries, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to contribute to the delivery of technology projects as a member of our IT department. This role provides project management, operational, and administrative support to the project team.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the projects, including managing project meetings, document management, and project plan upkeep. They will also continuously monitor and evaluate project progress and risks log, and alert PMO leadership of any issues. Additionally, they will perform other job duties as needed to support the project delivery.
Requirements
This role requires excellent communication, presentation, and data analysis skills. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of work experience in IT project management and strong leadership and communication skills. They will also possess a college diploma or university degree in computer science and/or project management. Certifications in project management and experience with MS Office applications are required.

Working hours are generally daytime, with occasional overtime or on-call shifts. Travel may be required up to 50% depending on project phase.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
