Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Heidelberg Materials US, Inc. in Tyrone, GA.

About the Role

The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of plant equipment, including diagnosing malfunctions in rock plant and/or batch plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily inspections of facilities and complete maintenance checklists.
  • Operate a front-end loader when needed.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 2-4 years of maintenance experience required.
  • Experience working at an aggregates plant highly preferred.
  • Must have stick welding and cutting torch experience.
  • Will operate heavy equipment (loader and dozer) when needed.
