AirSystems Unlimited, LLC is a reputable organization serving Chattanooga and Cleveland, TN areas. We are seeking a full-time 5-star Customer Service Representative to join our team. This dynamic role involves managing incoming phone calls and emails regarding service, maintenance, replacement requests, and scheduling orders. If you're skilled at creating, dispatching, and invoicing orders, coordinating HVAC service appointments, and providing a world-class experience in a fast-paced office environment, we'd like to hear from you.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience. You will also be eligible for excellent benefits, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, PTO, and opportunities for growth and expansion.

A Day in the Life of a 5-Star Customer Service Representative

As a high-performing Customer Service Representative, you'll arrive on-time each day ready to work efficiently without compromising customer service. You'll enjoy working in the office, speaking with customers via phone and email communications, and striving to 'wow' customers with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. Your friendly demeanor comes through as you receive incoming client calls, dispatch service calls to HVAC field technicians, schedule calls for prompt service, maximize technician time and mileage, forecast days and weeks ahead, and genuinely enjoy orchestrating and organizing the day to help others succeed.

Qualifications of a 5-Star Customer Service Representative

  • Excellent clerical office experience and computer skills
  • Excellent written and oral language skills (proper grammar, spelling, punctuation required)
  • Natural customer service skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, etc.
  • On-time and excellent attendance
  • Ability to effectively communicate as a liaison between customers, technicians, and the company
  • Coachable, friendly, and helpful
  • Well-rounded professional who is good at juggling multiple tasks at a time
