Join the Goodyear Team as a Mid-Level Automotive Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mid-Level Automotive Technician to join our team at Goodyear. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in our automotive services.

About the Role

As a Mid-Level Automotive Technician, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles and diagnose complex technical issues. You will be responsible for performing routine inspections and maintenance, as well as performing brake repairs, fluid exchanges, and other services.

Responsibilities
  • Perform line technician services, including routine inspections and maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem-solving
  • Diagnose and repair complex technical issues with vehicles
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Document all work performed on the repair order
  • Report any safety issues immediately to management
  • Promote teamwork and deliver excellent guest care during all operating hours
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance
  • Valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • ASE Certification
  • Previous experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests
  • Previous electrical, air conditioning, and primary and advanced fuel ignition experience
