Job Title: Phlebotomist III

Job Summary:
Innova Solutions is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist III to join our team. As a Phlebotomist III, you will be responsible for collecting and processing blood samples from patients. This is a full-time contract position with the potential to become a permanent hire.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood samples from patients using aseptic techniques
  • Process blood samples in a computer system
  • Communicate with patients to ensure accurate sample collection and processing
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in phlebotomy or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:
Innova Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $25.00-$27.05 per hour, as well as a range of benefits including medical and pharmacy coverage, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), and more.
