About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in automotive painting or a related field and proficiency in using spray guns and other painting equipment. You will also be expected to maintain and clean painting equipment and work area, follow safety protocols, and handle hazardous materials properly.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming.
- Match paint colors to achieve the desired finish.
- Apply paint using spray guns and other painting equipment.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure a flawless finish.
To succeed in this role, you will need a High School Diploma or equivalent and excellent communication and teamwork skills. Additionally, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Essential Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in automotive painting or a related field.
- Proficiency in using spray guns and other painting equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
