We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Option Care Health. As a leader in home infusion care, we provide unparalleled opportunities for growth and development.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care to patients in the home or alternate infusion suite, ensuring patient safety with continuity and compliance under a physician's plan of care.
  • Initiate, develop, and implement intermediate nursing plans of care treatments, evaluating patient progress towards goals and modifying the plan in response to changing patient status or physician orders.
  • Assess patient needs and physical status at each skilled visit, re-evaluating patient needs through physical reassessment, response to therapy, and supplemental physician orders.

Requirements:

  • Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, with current CPR certification required.
  • Demonstrated competency in patient care standards required for safe delivery of services and infusion skill sets applicable to agency programs and service needs.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $72,000 per annum, based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
