This 32-hour position is responsible for providing high-quality, safe patient care under the guidance of a physician. As a key member of our designated care team, you will collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

As an LPN, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Delivering patient-centered care through scholarly scientific inquiry, compassion, advocacy, and education
  2. Contributing to quality improvement initiatives that positively impact patient outcomes
  3. Communicating effectively with colleagues, patients, and family members
  4. Educating patients and families about their care and treatment plans
  5. Demonstrating problem-solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication skills through teamwork
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Recent clinical experience (desired)
  • CPR certification
  • Graduation from an accredited LPN program
