Donations Coordinator

At Goodwill Industries-Easter Seals, we're dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through job training and career development. As a Donations Processor, you'll play a vital role in our mission by ensuring that donated goods are processed efficiently and effectively.

We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Donations Processor. In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving and sorting donated goods, providing excellent customer service to donors, and contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for employees and customers.

• Receive and sort donated goods in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service to donors, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily production standards and goals

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
