About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable individual to be our front office coordinator. As the first point of contact for patients, your friendly demeanor and welcoming smile will set the tone for their visit.

  • This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet patients warmly and efficiently manage appointments to ensure seamless operations.
  2. Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing information and scheduling appointments as needed.
  3. Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing and payment inquiries.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
  5. Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and experience with dental software is a plus.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and ability to work well independently and as part of a team are must-haves.
