Mental Health Group Facilitator

About the RoleWe are seeking a qualified Full-time Group Facilitator to join our team at the Baldwin Outpatient Unit. As a Group Facilitator, you will play a vital role in providing a range of social services to patients/clients/consumers, participating in treatment team planning, and performing crisis intervention.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a social service-related field, such as social work, sociology, or psychology, and at least one year of experience working with behavioral health clients. Previous experience as a group facilitator utilizing evidence-based curriculums is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide paraprofessional social services to patients/clients/consumers, participate in treatment team planning, and perform crisis intervention
- Assist in dealing with personal and social problems
- May provide support to consumers and serve as a liaison for social services
- Prepare lesson plans for group topics, maintain medical records, and document daily group notes
- Perform case management duties, group skills training, and refer clients to needed services and resources
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
