About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Strategy & Business Operations team at Takeda Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our Oncology organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic partnership, leadership, and direction to develop, implement, and refine processes that contribute to the approval, production, distribution, and maintenance of marketing materials.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of pharmaceutical promotional guidelines and regulations, as well as experience with PromoMats Veeva International Vault content management system. You will work closely with Regulatory, Medical, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure digital and print promotional material is approved and distributed in accordance with SOPs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing the approval of modular content and reusable content operations within Veeva PromoMats
  • Creating a successful department through budget management, project planning, workflow and processes, communication, customer satisfaction, and optimizing the performance of employees
  • Oversight of the Review & Approval process, print and digital Production, and Fulfilment for advertising and promotion
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policy and standard operating procedures

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $133,000 - $209,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. U.S. based employees may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits.
